CA Kumar Kukreja

CA Kumar Kukreja, the founding partner of the firm, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants of India (FCA). He possesses extensive expertise in income tax-and GST compliance and
advisory, serving a wide range of sectors, including companies, charitable trusts, cooperative
societies, and firms. In addition to his advisory role, he also serves as an auditor for companies,
cooperative societies, and firms, ensuring robust compliance and financial transparency across all
engagements.
Mr. Kumar is recognized for his professional acumen and dedication to high-quality service. Alongside
his role in guiding the firm, Mr. Kumar is deeply interested in spirituality, especially in the
teachings and philosophy of Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa.
CA Renu Kukreja
(FCA, B.Com (Hons.), DISA)
CA Renu Kukreja, co-founder of the firm and a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants
of India, brings extensive expertise in income tax compliance and advisory. She has a wealth of
experience in conducting audits for companies, charitable trusts, cooperative societies, and firms,
ensuring thorough compliance and delivering valuable insights across diverse sectors.
In addition to mentoring the firm's young professionals, she has also served as a Balvikas Guru for
over 20 years with the Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisation, dedicating herself to the spiritual and
moral development of children.
CA Brijesh Kukreja
(ACA, MBA, Registered Valuer for Securities & Financial
Assets, B.Com (Hons.))
CA Brijesh Kukreja is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and
holds an MBA from the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning. He is also a Registered Valuer
for Securities and Financial Assets, has successfully completed all three levels of the Chartered
Financial Analyst (CFA) program. He has also cleared the Limited Purpose Insolvency and Certified
Information System Auditor exams.
He is an experienced professional with 20 years of expertise in corporate finance, working across Big
4 firms such as Deloitte and PricewaterhouseCoopers in various capacities. In his last role, he
served as the Executive Director of Corporate Finance at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP. He
specializes in mergers & acquisitions (M&A), private equity transactions, and business valuations.
He has advised clients across various sectors including consumer, industrials, chemicals,
infrastructure, technology and renewables. Brijesh has led numerous successful transactions, such as
advising on divestment strategies for major Indian companies, guiding international clients through
complex transactions.
CA Muskkan Kukreja
(ACA, M.Com, pursuing PhD in Finance)
CA Muskkan Kukreja is an Associate member of the Institute of Charted Accountants of India has over
19 years of experience including 14 years in PricewaterhouseCoppers, a Big4 consulting firm. During
her stint at PwC, she has worked with venture capital, private equity, mutual fund and NBFC clients
among others. She has assisted in structuring the investment and divestment of PEVCs in Indian
companies from an income-tax and regulatory perspective.
She is currently the Assistant Director at S K Somaiya College and is also the Program Coordinator
for the Accounting and Finance programs. She specializes in teaching subjects such as direct and
indirect tax, international taxation, corporate finance, corporate restructuring and data management
using spreadsheets among others.
